Most applications are reviewed within 5-7 business days. However, during peak periods (such as the start of a new academic year), processing times may extend to 10-14 business days. You'll receive email notifications at each stage of the review process.
Yes! You can apply for multiple Youth & Sport programmes simultaneously. However, if you're applying for National Service, you can only submit one NS application at a time due to the full-time commitment required. You can apply for both Youth programmes and National Service if the schedules don't conflict.
Most of our programmes are free or heavily subsidized by the government. Youth & Sport programmes may have minimal fees for specialized equipment or materials. National Service participants actually receive a monthly allowance. Scholarships and financial aid are available for those who qualify.
Once accepted, you'll receive a detailed welcome package including: programme schedule, orientation dates, required documents checklist, and contact information for your programme coordinator. You'll also gain access to additional resources through your dashboard, including training materials and community forums.
Yes, but withdrawal policies vary by programme. Youth & Sport programmes generally allow flexible withdrawal with notice. National Service has specific withdrawal procedures and may require a formal exit process. We encourage you to discuss any concerns with your programme coordinator before making a decision.
All participants have access to: mentorship programmes, career counseling, academic support, health and wellness services, and 24/7 emergency support. National Service participants also receive additional vocational training and job placement assistance upon completion.
It depends on the programme. Many Youth & Sport programmes welcome beginners, though some advanced programmes may require prior experience or auditions. National Service doesn't require prior experience - just enthusiasm and commitment. Check individual programme descriptions for specific requirements.
After submitting your application, you can track its status in real-time through your personal dashboard. You'll also receive email and SMS notifications whenever there's an update. The dashboard shows your application progress through each stage: Submitted → Under Review → Interview/Assessment → Decision → Enrollment.
